Good morning. With the amount of knowledge on this Listserv, I am sure the members of this group can help me and I hope you will be willing to do me a favor. As part of my Ph.D. program evaluations I am identifying potential supervisors whose scholarly interests align with areas I may want to pursue in my research. I am looking for information on scholars who have previously conducted research or are currently working in the following area: Sustainable Leadership. How can organizations develop robust management strategies and leadership teams that are longer lasting than the individuals that devise them? If you were in my position, can you recommend other scholars researching in this space that you admire whose work I should explore?
