  • 1.  Progress Report/Feedback Process for Doctoral Students?

    Greetings all!

    We are attempting to develop a more formal type of feedback system for our doctoral students regarding their progress in the management program.  We have developed general milestones expected (year 1, year 2 etc as well as the timing).  We have yet to develop an evaluation form for student and faculty feedback. 

    I was wondering if any of you all have a system and/or a format/form that works for you (and you would be willing to share).  I will be happy to distribute the results (as well as our finalized format)
