    Dear Colleagues,

I am seeking to find a resource (preferably a book) that addresses the business related skills we need for global mindsets, diversity, equality, ect..  Articles, etc. would also be helpful, however, I am specifically seeking a book.

    Thanks, Scott

    Colleagues,

In my graduate MBA cross-cultural management class I use the combination of two book: Michalle Mor Barak's "Managing Diversity" (second edition), published by Sage; and Gary Ferraro's "The Cultural Dimension of International Business (Sixth edition), published by Prentice Hall.

    Hope this helps!

    Thanks,

    Ivan
