    Dear Colleagues,

A research team at the University of Illinois at Chicago--Dr. Jenny Hoobler, Jasmine Hu, and I--are conducting a meta-analysis examining work-family conflict/family-work conflict, family characteristics, and career outcomes.

Specifically, we are looking for unpublished studies that examined WFC/FWC or any family demographic characteristics (e.g., number of children, age of children, elder care, impaired spouse, marital/partner status, dependents, etc.) and such career outcomes as career satisfaction, promotions, salary, managerial aspirations, quality of work life, etc. I hope you may be willing to contribute any unpublished works that report correlations between WFC/FWC or family characteristics, and any career outcomes.

If you have any unpublished/in press papers, unpublished data, conference presentations, or dissertations that you think might be appropriate, please send them (or a correlation matrix and information about the sample) via e-mail, hard copy mail, or fax provided below. Please feel free to forward this request to others as well.  I apologize for any cross-postings.

Thank you in advance for your assistance with this research!
