    Hi, folks -

Can anyone recommend an organizational culture survey instrument for use in health clinic context (research funded by a federal grant)?

    Many thanks.

Hi - You might want to correspond directly with Glisson or James, after looking over their work for its possible relevance:

Not sure how well this would cross over into the clinic world, but here its the ubiquitous culture survey for U.S. hospitals:

I hope this is helpful.  I look forward to seeing other recommendations.

    Hi Stan

One we've used extensively that is useful in working with people from professional backgrounds because they like to see the evidence behind an instrument are the Human Synergistics Organisational Culture or Organisational Effectiveness Inventories.

It's got great benchmarking across different industries and different countries and is useful for individual and team development.

As a disclaimer I used to be accredited to run the instrument but changed my career so don't have accreditation any longer

    Stan,

The most widely used surveys on organizational culture in physician practices, and perhaps the most similar to outpatient clinics, come from 1) JE Kralewski and 2) SM Shortell et al. I've included a few references of their work. Debbie
