    Can anyone recommend some measures for leadership self-efficacy and for self-perception leadership skills?

    I would like to examine the impact of some simulation software that I use in my undergraduate OB class.

    Russell J.E.A., & Oh I., (2009), Understanding Managerial Development:
    Integrating Developmental Assignments, Learning Orientation, and Access to
    Developmental Opportunities in Predicting Managerial Competencies, Academy

    I am doing a research on leaders' development. Can someone please
    recommend some appropriate recent journal articles and simulation software?
