My name is Jonathan Shaffer. I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Iowa. My colleagues and I are working a meta-analysis of personality and job performance. We are hoping to collect any unpublished work in this area. We are mainly looking at the Big Five Model of personality and supervisor ratings of job performance, OCB, and/or counterproductive work behaviors.
