Ariane,
Could I suggest this paper from Organization Management Journal that looked specifically at teaching emotions?
Mood, emotion, and affect in group performance: an experiential exercise

Hope this helps,

Subject: [OB-LIST] Looking for a class activity on Emotions in the workplace
Dear OB ListServ Members,
I am teaching a 3 hour class on Emotions in the workplace. This takes place within a 30 hours module focused on "Managing the whole person" - how affect, personal characteristics and life outside of work matter in the workplace and affect management and HR processes.
I am looking for an interactive class activity to introduce the topic and help students become aware of the salience of emotions in the workplace. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you so much,
Ariane Ollier-Malaterre
