We are working on a meta-analysis on creative and innovative behavior in organizational settings at the individual level of analysis. We are focusing on organizational settings rather than experimental studies.
We would like to include your paper into our analysis if you have any unpublished or in-press quantitative studies that study relationships between creative and innovative behavior and its antecedents and consequences, e.g conflicts, fairness, leadership, motivation and personality.
