My colleagues (Angelo Kinicki and Chad Hartnell) and I at Arizona State University are working on a meta-analysis on organizational culture, leadership and human resource management.
We would like to include your paper into our analysis if you have any unpublished, in-press or recently published quantitative studies that study relationships between
1) organizational culture and leadership,
2) organizational culture and human resource management,
3) organizational culture and organizational climate, or
4) leadership and human resource management.
If you have any such studies, we would highly appreciate if you can send it to us via email (
yi.ou@asu.edu), and your work will be cited in the bibliography.
