    Dear Colleagues,

    Our research team from the University of Illinois at Chicago is conducting a meta-analysis on abusive supervision and employee job outcomes. We are asking for your help in locating unpublished empirical studies on abusive supervisionIf you have data that you are willing to share, we would be gratefulAny conference papers, dissertations, working papers, or forthcoming papers that include abusive supervision as a measured variable are welcomed. If the full paper is not available, we would greatly appreciate the following:

    •            Correlations between abusive supervision and any employee outcomes;

    •            Sample size;

    •            Sample characteristics (e.g., industry, types of jobs, other available demographics);

    •            Abusive supervision scale used;

    •            Brief citations & Cronbach's alphas for scales used for outcome variables.
