    Hi Usman,

     

    You may find Haridimos Tsoukas' and Robert Chia's work interesting (especially "Philosophy and Organization Theory" published in 2011). I also recommend reading Tor Hernes' book "Understanding Organization as Process" as well as John Shotter's publications on poetic praxeology, constructivism, Wittgensteinian thinking in OMT, etc. and Mark Dibben's publications. These readings will give you a good overview on the topic, I think. I don't have a course outline though, sorry. Hope this helps.
