Hello Everyone,
I'm currently working on a research project where I'm examining the
effects of different types of workplace offenses on four basic needs of a
person. I'm interested in studying how the victim's need for control,
belongingness, identity/self-esteem and moral virtue/meaningful existence is
affected in the aftermath of an offense at the workplace.
Does anyone know of a validated scale that can be used to measure states of
a person's needs. I would like to measure the changes in the victim's
intra-personal states (extent to which an offense and interactions with the
offender violates or fulfills the basic needs in the victim).
Thanking in Anticipation
