    Dear Colleagues,

I am an Assistant Professor at KAIST College of Business. I am working with Professor Tae-Youn Park at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management on a meta-analysis of organizational identification and its outcomes (e.g., performance, satisfaction, withdrawal behavior, resistance to change).

We have conducted a comprehensive literature search, but we find out that we may need some additional information from ongoing work not yet published. Would you please help us in identifying any unpublished manuscripts, in-press papers, or dissertations that examine organizational identification and its outcomes?

If you share with us the papers that include relevant information, it would be greatly appreciated. However, if your full paper is not available, would you be able to provide a brief description on the following?

    1.      Correlations between organizational identification and its outcomes

    2.      Measure of organizational identification

    -          Source of OI measure (e.g., Mael & Ashforth (1992), OIQ (Cheney, 1993), Bergami & Bagozzi (2000))

    -          Mean, standard deviation, reliability alpha, etc.

    3.      Measure of the outcome variable

    -          Nature of the outcome variable

    -          Mean, standard deviation, reliability alpha, etc.

    4.      Sample size (number of individuals) from which the correlation, mean, and standard deviation were made (as it may differ from your results tables sample size due to missing data)

    5.      Sample characteristics (e.g., student groups, work teams, occupations, country where the sample was collected, etc.)

We are extremely appreciative of your time. Please feel free to contact me (eunsuk@business.kaist.ac.kr) or Tae-Youn Park (taeyoun.park@owen.vanderbilt.edu), if you have any questions or concerns.

    Sincerely,

    Eun-Suk Lee
