    Dear Colleagues:

We are completing a meta-analytic review of the implicit theories literature to examine how implicit theories of individuals predict judgments and attitudes. We would greatly appreciate your help in locating unpublished data to include in our analysis. The following are the inclusion criteria:

    (1)  Study includes an assessment or manipulation of implicit theories of person perception

    (2)  Study includes outcome assessments of person perception using a broad definition (e.g., judgments, attitudes, evaluations)

Articles related to achievement domains (e.g., academic, health) or theories of relationships are not included in the present analysis. We are focusing on person perception. However, we want to be exhaustive, so please send us any papers or data that you think could possibly meet the above criteria. This includes papers in press, student projects, conference presentations (abstracts, papers, posters), dissertations, unpublished manuscripts, etc. We will cite your work accordingly. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

If you have any questions, please contact Jeff Pollack using the contact information below.

    Very Best Regards, Jeff
