Hello OB colleagues,
I am looking for recommendations on multi rater survey platforms. Ideally,
I'd like to use something where I can specify the target rate as well as the
designated raters (e.g., manager, peer, subordinate) ala a 360 format and
that will give me the results in a ready-to-use output format (e.g., CSV
with all self and other ratings on the same line for the target ratee).
I know that several companies have platforms, but they usually are for using
their proprietary instruments. I would like to use my own questions
exclusively, if possible.
