My colleagues and I are conducting a meta-analysis on the effects of
leaders on follower self esteem, self efficacy, and self identity (the
collective, relational, and individual identity levels). We are
seeking unpublished (or in press) manuscripts or data (including
doctoral dissertations). If you have relevant data we would appreciate
the opportunity to include the findings in our meta-analysis. Please
