Dear OB Colleagues,
I am looking for a project team simulation similar to the one used in
Gersick's (1989) lab study, where teams are instructed to create a product
advertisement under time pressure. The crucial contextual elements I'm
looking for are that a) it is an open-ended creative task and b) teams must
work under time pressure.
It would help me tremendously if anyone has used such a task and has task
instructions/materials to share. Please feel free to email me directly at
