    **My apologies for cross listing***

    Dear: Colleagues

My name is Christa and I am a second-year PhD student. I am writing to you because I am looking for unpublished studies for a meta-analysis that I am conducting on potential mean differences in job satisfaction between permanent employees and contingent workers. By contingent workers, I mean temporary agencies workers, independent contractors (or self-employed), direct-hire temporary workers (or fixed-term workers), or seasonal workers.

If you are interested in sharing your unpublished results, it would be extremely helpful to know the following information:

-overall job satisfaction means and standard deviations for each group: permanent and contingent workers

    -sample sizes for each group

-alpha reliabilities and job satisfaction measure

Feel free to forward this request to colleagues who are doing work in this area. Thank you very much for your assistance. I really appreciate your help!!!

    Best regards,

    Christa L. Austin
