Texas Christian University invites applications and nominations for the position of Assistant or Associate Professor of Management in the Neeley School of Business beginning August 2010.
Description
Preference will be given to candidates with three or more years of teaching and research experience past the doctorate, an established research record, and evidence of undergraduate and/or graduate level teaching excellence. Although the focus of this position is leadership and organizational behavior, versatility is valued, such as the ability and desire to occasionally teach human resources or ethics. The teaching load for the first three years is reduced to encourage high quality research productivity. Salary range is competitive and commensurate with qualifications.

Requirements
Candidates for the position should possess an earned doctorate in management or closely related discipline with an emphasis in leadership and organizational behavior.
