    Dear OB community,

I am looking for theoretical and methodological discussion on when
intra-group processes can be decomposed into dyadic interactions between
pairs of group members. I would greatly appreciate it if you can point
me to any relevant article. I will post a summary of the response to the
    list.

    Thanks a lot.

    Hi Xiumei,
I found the one below useful. Best, Andreas

Kashy, D. A., & Kenny, D. A. (2000). The analysis of data from dyads and
groups. In H. T. Reis & C. M. Judd (eds.), Handbook of research methods
in social and personality psychology (pp. 451 - 477). Cambridge, UK:
    Cambridge University Press.

In social psychology, David Kenny has written many things on the analysis of dyadic data.
