    Hello all,

    I am working on a project that involves a meta-analysis of the
    relationship between role stressors (role ambiguity, role conflict,
    and role overload) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). If
    you have unpublished data examining this relationship, I would greatly
    appreciate you sharing the correlation matrix with me.


    Here is the information that I need:


    1) Sample size

    2) Description/citation for the measures of the role stressors and OCB

    3) Alpha reliabilities for the measures (if available)

    4) The correlation matrix for the role stressors and OCB
