    Dear members,

Would anyone know where I might find a measure of resistance to
    organisational change?

    Thanks

    Hi Blaze,

    Suppose you're aware of Oreg's (2003) measure: Oreg, S. (2003). Resistance
to change: Developing an individual differences measure. Journal of Applied
    Psychology, 88, 680-693.

Been using it recently in two innovation behaviour surveys and it provided
    some great age-differentiated insights.

    Best,

    Christian.
