Is anyone aware of a survey instrument to assess OCB, that is based on the taxonomy developed by Borman and Motowidlo (1997). Task performance and contextual performance: The meaning for personnel selection research. Human Performance, 10, 99-109.

    The taxonomy includes:
    1. Persisting with enthusiasm and extra effort as necessary to complete own task activities successfully.
    2. Volunteering to carry out task activities that are not formally part of own job.
    3. Helping and cooperating with others.
    4. Following organizational rules and procedures.
    5. Endorsing, supporting, and defending organizational objectives.
Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.
