I will be traveling to the PRC to check on materials being manufactored for my company. I will be checking on the quality of the materials and the workmanship. I am interested in checking other issues that may be of concern for products from China. I understand that there are things that are under our control (to pay them or not) and there may be others which are not (how workers are treated). Is there material I can read on to see what I should be looking for while visiting factories there? Are there checklists and forms I can use?
