Dear colleagues
I am looking for research on the effect and impact of office arrangements on employees; specifically the impact of open plan offices and the concept of "hot desks" (sometimes also known as "hoteling" or "moteling") on employees. However, I find it difficult to get hold of adequate literature and research that has been conducted on this issue. If you have information on the issue or references to studies on impacts of these kinds of office arrangements on employees, for instance emotional impacts, productivity impacts, or any other psycho-social impacts, I would appreciate the information.
