    Dear OB interest group members,

    I got some great suggestions about MLQ from our members and thanks a lot for that.

    In my dissertation, I also need to examine the firm's Corporate Social Performance (CSP). I've read some literature, but most of them
    test the CSP on the industrial level. 

    I'm wondering is there some measurements that can be used to tapped into the CSP on a firm level, because I
    want to explore the exact relationship between a firm's CSP and its financial performance.
