Shuo,
If you are looking for a measure of charismatic leadership, you could consider the Conger & Kanungo scale. You can find scale development details in the following article:
Conger, J.A., Kanungo, R.N., Menon, S.T., & Mathur, P. (1997). Measuring Charisma: Dimensionality and Criterion Related Validity of the Conger-Kanungo Scale of Charismatic Leadership. Canadian Journal of Administrative Sciences, 14(3): 290-302.

Subject: Re: [OB-LIST] Information about Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ)
If you do a search on the web for MLQ, you'll find it. But you have to pay/register, which I think is not corresponding to the scientific principle of verification. My self, and some of my students have used the 36-item official Norwegian version and the factor structure does not work very well. For instance, some of the conditional reward items load on the transformational subdimensions, and we often end up with only three factors. I would have looked for alternative measures. I'm not arguing that you should not use it, just wanted to inform you. See also:
