    Hi All,

I'm wondering if you can help me with some recommendations of good articles
on how to change/shape organizational culture, for example, in a mergers and
acquisitions environment. I am particularly interested in reviews or
    meta-analyses.

My lit searches so far have brought up rather patchy results.

    Thanks so much.

    Susan,
I wrote a chapter in Gerry Ferris' Research in Personnel and Human Resources Management series published by JAI Press (1993). It was a chapter entitled Turnover Culture. In it I developed an argument for culture change and then presented various factors that contribute to such change. I don't know if this will help or not, but take a look at it. It is a macro approach to turnover and culture.
