    The Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a full-time tenure track or tenured appointment in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the open rank, to commence Fall semester, 2014.

    The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to teaching, demonstrated research productivity or potential for scholarly productivity, interest in mentorship, and a service record commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach a wide range of courses at the graduate level, in support of the Applied Psychology Industrial and Organizational track, in addition to courses at the undergraduate level. The specific area of research interest is open, though interests in issues involving positive organizational psychology, work-life balance, work reintegration, and workforce preparedness, particularly as pertaining to veterans' affairs, is a plus.

    Candidates must have an earned doctorate in Industrial and Organizational psychology. Preference will be given to applicants with practitioner experience and demonstrated quantitative skills.

    The Division of Applied Behavioral Sciences, located within the Yale Gordon College of Arts and Sciences, has eight full-time faculty members. At the undergraduate level, the Division offers a B.A. in Psychology, as well as a minor in Psychology. At the graduate level, the Division offers an M.S. in Applied Psychology, with tracks in counseling psychology and industrial/organizational psychology, as well as a post-master's certificate in professional counseling studies.
