Dear all
I am conducting a research on the effectiveness of study abroad programs
(SAP) and am looking for behavioral-based measures to evaluate
cross-cultural skills; one that give me a sense on the participants’
abilities to modify/adapt behaviors contingent on the cultural context.
I'm envisioning something like a written or video scenario where
participants are required to choose among alternative behaviors after
cultural clues are presented. The main goal is to validate SAP as an
option to local cross-cultural training.
Any help indicating measures/references is greatly appreciated.
