My professor and I are conducting a study on emotions and identity management for Indian call center representatives dealing with American customers. We were in touch with a call center in India, but right before data collection started, our contact fell through. Now we have the study and survey set-up but no data. If anyone of you can get us access to an Indian call center who would be willing to let us conduct the study, or just the Indian call center representative, it would be extremely helpful.
