Dear colleagues,
my appologies in advance for cross-posting.
We seek applications for two Ph.D. student positions at a newly founded
research center at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
The new Center for Disability and Integration aims at triggering relevant
research on the (re-)integration of disabled persons in the workforce.
The research builds upon existent domains such as organizational behavior &
leadership, diversity, and HR management.
It will provide answers to research questions such as: How can
organizational characteristics (culture, specific leadership behavior,
etc.) support the integration of disabled employees?
Which HR tools (career paths, organization of working time, etc.) might be
suitable to support the effective employment of disabled persons?
How can diverse teams be designed in order to prevent mutual prejudices,
conflicts, and discrimination?
Enclosed please find the detailed job description.
The successful applicants will be employed by the center and will receive
all applying employee benefits, including salary, insurance, etc.
In addition, they will be supported in pursuing their Ph.D. in management
at the University of St. Gallen.
It would be great if you could forward it to potential candidates (e.g.
master students).
We are also very interested in international cooperation, it would be great
to hear from other scholars working in this field.
Thank you and best regards
Stephan Boehm
