Dear Colleagues,
I'm thinking of offering a course that addresses the organizational behavior, human resource, and organizational structure aspects of risk and uncertainty. Unfortunately, almost all of the courses and texts on this topic are either financial or economic. Yet, we know that managers fall victim to risk-related biases, and that one can design HR systems and organizations to accommodate environmental risk and uncertainty.
Can anyone recommend a text or anthology and/or provide a course syllabus that deals with this topic, in whole or in part? If I get a number of responses, I'll be happy to summarize them for the group.
Thanks in advance.
Bruce
