I am conducting some research on organizational and attitudinal variables making unionization more probable. I have run across a few studies on Union Participation, Union Commitment and Union Voting Models.
I wonder if anyone here can recommend any research literature (with a bias toward more recent work in the area). In particular, I have heard that some scholars at Ohio State University may have published a "Union Activity Index." Can anyone point me in the right direction?
