getting fired scale

    I am looking for a self-report scale addressing experience with severe employment issues.   Items might contain something like this:

    Frequency of being fired
    Frequency of quitting to avoid being fired
    Reports of major adjustment problems related to keeping a job
    Short length of tenure in most jobs.

    I could build one but I suspect there is one out there with known reliability.
