Shuo,
To Linda's comment, as far as I know there is a construct of responsible leadership already conceptualized, based on interesting work by Maak, and Maak and Pless, although its empirical measurement and testing may still be underway, or "in press", or part of dissertations under these professors. Kindly refer to the publication below as a starting point:
Maak, T. (2007). Responsible Leadership, Stakeholder Engagement, and the Emergence of Social Capital, Journal of Business Ethics, 74, 329-343.
I hope this is of help. Kleio

Subject: About responsible leadership
Dear all,
This is Shuo Wang, a Ph.D. student of Dublin City University and my research topic is about Corporate Social Responsibility and Leadership.
Nowadays, I just prepare a conference paper, named responsible leadership and I'm wondering what's the difference between responsible leadership and
ethical leadership? Could you recommend some reading materials to me?
Many thanks for your help!
Best wishes,
Shuo
