    Dear Colleagues,

    I am conducting a meta-analysis of the antecedents and outcomes of reactions to performance appraisal. Correlates may include, for example, measures of supervisor-subordinate relationship quality (LMX), organizational justice, due process characteristics, etc.

    If you could send me unpublished work on this topic, e.g. conference papers, dissertations, working papers (or data), papers in press, etc., that would be greatly appreciated.
