    Dear OBers,

     

    Does anyone have any recommendations for the measure of group routines, especially relating to group creativity facilitation. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

    Hi Ping,

    You might follow the logic of Gilson and Shalley (2004) and adopt an individual process measure to the team level. Zhang and Bartol's (2010) measure of creative process engagement. See references below. Hope that helps.
