    Dear all,

    How do organizations tackle performance issues that have relevance at the individual, team, function, organization and societal (policy) level?   For the answer to this question, explore the first issue of our new journal, The Journal of Organizational Effectiveness: People and Performance. These articles address the complex performance drivers that organizations worldwide are facing.

    Edited by Professors Paul Sparrow and Cary Cooper, Centre for Performance Led HR at Lancaster University Management School, and supported by an editorial team of academic researchers and organizational practitioners from 20 countries, the inaugural issue featured papers by leaders in the field including Susan Albers Mohrman, Randall Schuler and Robert Kase.
