Dear colleagues,
My research team and I are conducting a meta-analysis examining the influence of different types of work support on training and development (T&D) outcomes. In terms of types of work support, we are looking for studies that examined supervisor support, organizational support, and/or peer/coworker support. I am hoping you may be willing to contribute unpublished work that reports correlations between any of these work support variables with T&D outcomes (e.g., post-training declarative knowledge, procedural knowledge, trainee reactions, training motivation, self-efficacy, transfer, intentions to transfer, number of employee development activities completed, perceived benefits for engaging in T&D, etc). If you have any conference presentations, technical reports, dissertations, unpublished/in press papers, or unpublished data you think might be appropriate, you can send them via e-mail, hard copy mail, or fax. My contact information is below. Please feel free to forward this request to others as well. Apologies for cross-postings.
Thank you in advance for your assistance with this research!
Sincerely,
Karin Orvis
