    Dear Colleagues,

    My colleagues Anson Seers, Nicole Kim, Ernest O'Boyle, and I are completing a meta-analysis on the antecedents and consequences of team-member exchange (TMX). We seek unpublished (or in press) manuscripts or data (including doctoral dissertations).

     
    If you have relevant data we would appreciate the opportunity to include the findings in our meta-analysis. Please contact Jeffrey Pollack at     pollackjm@vcu.edu through May 2009.
