    Tenure Track Position in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources

    The Human Resource Management Department at Temple University's Fox School of Business is recruiting for a tenure-track faculty member with research and teaching interests in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Assistant Professor candidates are preferred though Associate and Full Professor levels may be considered as well.  The position is available in July 2015. Candidates must have an existing track record of publishing in top-tier, mainstream Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Applied Psychology journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, JAP, PPsych, OS, OBHDP, ASQ). Teaching responsibilities can include courses at the undergraduate, MS in HR and MBA, and doctoral levels. Candidates should possess a strong documented record of teaching excellence.

     

    The Human Resource Management Department includes tenure-track and tenured faculty members: Drs. Lynne Andersson, Derek Avery (doctoral program coordinator), Gary Blau, John Deckop, Deanna Geddes (chair), Crystal Harold, Art Hochner, Brian Holtz, John McClendon, In-Sue Oh, Jim Portwood, and Stu Schmidt.

Teaching responsibilities can include courses at the undergraduate, MS in HR and MBA, and doctoral levels. Candidates should have a strong record of teaching excellence. Qualified candidates must have an interest in supervising doctoral students.
