Thanks Jim!
Hi Spela, my website below has info on programs (design, etc.) that I typically see at members of the consortia I direct (as well as my newer book which has more focused on talent and replicating networks of high performers at the back). If you are interested in the technology behind this you can also take a look at The Network Roundtable web site.
Hope all is well!

Rob Cross at UVA's McIntire School of Commerce would be a big help to you, I think.

Subject: Network Diagnostic
Dear colleagues,
My colleague and I are revising an executive education module focusing on
developing and maintaining relationships at work. We are looking for network
diagnostic tools that we could use. Currently, we are particularly
interested in having participants assess their task-advice networks,
strategic-information networks, buy-in (fate-control) networks, mentor
relationship, and friendships/social support networks (based on Podolny and
Baron, 1997). Do you use a diagnostic/questionnaire that you would be
willing to share (whether it is based on Podolny and Baron or not)? We
would appreciate any suggestions! Feel free to email me directly at
spela.trefalt@simmons.edu. Thank you very much and a very happy new year to all,
Spela
