    Hello,

    I am coordinating a symposium on leadership, regulatory focus and
    motivation based on Kark and Van Dijk's article [Kark, R. & Van Dijk, D.
    (2007). Motivation to Lead, Motivation to Follow: The role of the
    self-regulatory focus in leadership processes. Academy of Management
    Review, 32(2), 500-528] for the upcoming 2009 Academy of Management
    Conference in Chicago, IL. For all of those that are interested, please

    for potential contributions is 12/15.
