Assistant or Associate Professor Faculty Position in Entrepreneurship
Jackson State University's College of Business invites applications for a tenure-track assistant or associate position in entrepreneurship. The University is in the capitol city of Jackson, Mississippi with a metropolitan population of over 400,000.
Qualifications: An earned doctorate in entrepreneurship or a related business discipline from an AACSB accredited business school is strongly preferred. Five to seven years of practical experience as a highly successful entrepreneur is required. The successful candidate will demonstrate evidence of successful teaching experience, exemplary service, and scholarly activities with published research in entrepreneurship and/or small business management.
Position Description: The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in entrepreneurship. Responsibilities will include engaging in professional and community service and making intellectual contributions as appropriate for entrepreneurship faculty.
