    Hello Everyone,
     
    I am looking for an example of a contract (i.e. confidentiality agreement) between a researcher and a corporation involved in a research study.  Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

    This is used in my university, but yours may have a different one, especially because I am in Canada and you are in the US.  I suppose agreements may vary from state to state as well.

     

    When my team had to get one, a university representative had to sign on behalf of the university.  Finding out who is authorized to sign was more difficult than finding what to include in the document.
