    Business and Economics ANNOUNCEMENT - 2008*


    The Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne is
    seeking faculty candidates with research and teaching interests relevant
    to the field of Strategy for a tenure-track position in the Department
    of Management. This position may be at either the junior or senior level.

    Candidates should have strong disciplinary training, and (if junior)
    should have or be near completion of their PhD. Applicants will be
    judged on their potential and commitment, both to scholarly research in
    their relevant discipline and to teaching in strategic management.

    The Department of Management at the University of Lausanne is an
    interdisciplinary group that includes economists, psychologists,
    philosophers, sociologists, and organization theorists. We place a
    premium on scholarly research and believe that high-impact scholarship
    is cultivated in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment. Within the
    Department of Management, our full time Strategy group is currently
    composed of: Jean-Philippe Bonardi, Olivier Cadot, Xavier Castaner and
    Guido Palazzo. They have published in journals such as /Academy// of
    //Management Journal//, //Academy// of //Management Review//,
    Administrative Science Quarterly, /and /Strategic Management Journal/.
