    Dear All,

My main objective is to see the mediation of different types of negative emotions between different types of injustices and dimensions of counter productive work behaviors (CWB).

On independent side, I have three types of perceived injustices ( Distributive, Procedural and Interactional), after that I have five types of discrete emotions ( Anger, Guilt, Envy, Sadness, Frustation), then finally on consequence side I have five categories of Counter productive Behaviors ( Sabotage, Prod. Deviation, Abuse, Theft, Withdrawl Behaviors ). I am looking for which of above mentioned emotions are produced in response to each of these injustice dimensions and thereafter these produced emotions give what types of CWB pertaining to each injustice dimensions.

    Guidance Required:

    1. I am planning to conduct a cross sectional study for all of these variables. Can I ask about general perceptions about each type of injustice and about each of above mentioned emotions from the respondents. Is it right approach?

    2. Should I ask about emotions of respondents by mentioning them to recall some injustice event pertaing to each injustice dimension?

    3. Some Scenario study would be more suitable in this situation or crosssectional field study is OK?

Thanks in advance for your sugesstions and guidance,
