Dear Colleagues,
I am looking for good measures of universalism-particularism. I would
appreciate very much if you can recommend the measures or their references.
Thank you very much, Chao Chen

Hi Abdul,
I would recommend Weiss & Cropanzano (1996) which has been cited over 200
times. The fundamental premise is that the impact of work events on
subsequent employee attitudes and behaviors is mediated through affective
reactions. In addition, Barsade & Gibson (2007) is a quick review of
current knowledge regarding affect in organizations. Finally, Lord &
Klimoski (2002) is an edited volume you might find useful. Hope this helps.
